The Blind Side is about an incredible true story of a football player Michael Oher’s journey from poverty and homelessness to stardom in NFL. Michael Oher was placed in foster care with different families, due to his mother’s drug addiction. He ran away, every time he is placed in foster care. He does not know his real name, his father, his birthday, or how to read or write. An Evangelical family who picks him up the streets and adopts him. The family’s love, affection and the game of football give Michael Oher the courage to succeed and have a life of his own.
